Let's talk about the auto conversion after the downloading.

When you start a downloading of video, the dialogue box Add New Download jump out.

It has an option Auto Convert To.

By default, this menu is placed on None (*.flv).

But you can specify here the final format of downloading of the videos, which avoids your manual conversion.
